What to do and how to report.
In the event of an accident or incident
1
Ensure the person is safe — do not move them if they have fallen or sustained a back or neck injury.
2
Call for first aid — a first aider or the duty manager can be reached via the SM desk.
3
Inform the Stage Manager — the SM must be notified of any accident or incident, however minor.
4
Complete an accident report — all incidents must be formally recorded using the form below.
